Hi Everyone,
Welcome to my blog. The name I would have chosen for my blog was not available, so I settled for "For the Health of It". I am a true believer that a fit life is a long life. I try to incorporate physical activity into my every day life, with the understanding that just being active keeps the heart strong.
Yoga helps to keep my mind together, and improves my mind and body connection.
I hope this class will teach me how to control my own thoughts, move them in a positive direction as much as possible and help me to understand that the internal greatly affects the external.
